BlazePod Fun

Help me give my students the chance at fun interactive lessons to enhance their reactive training skills by using a variety of different games from a new platform we have never used.

My Project

Blaze pods are a reaction training platform that can be used for a variety of different workouts and training skills. They will be such an exciting way to bring a different, fun, and exciting training to my PE class.

The blaze pods can incorporate activation, strength and conditioning, skills training, and rehabilitation to enhance training with visual cues that challenge you.

They light up and have different colors and sequences. It also comes with an app that shows me activities, videos, games and more on ideas and ways to use them in my class. This requires fast-paced direction and speed changes, increasing students’ physical education and ability. This helps improve brain functions where students must make split-second decisions. This activity is great for students to not only work on a variety of different skills but to compete against one another.
