This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal with this project is to give my students fun and interactive experiences to learning phonics. The learning the blend with digraphs and long vowels is a hard concept for first graders to learn with just paper and pencil lessons.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
These flash cards, handwriting practice tools, sentence match games and other hands-on teaching activities will help continue the lessons in a small group setting. This is where I will be able to work one-on-one with my students and give them the attention they deserve.
