Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my 4th-grade students for their creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. They thrive when given opportunities to share their ideas and participate actively, and I want to create a classroom environment that encourages even more collaboration and expression.

By replacing the chalkboard with large magnetic notebook paper, my students will have a giant, dry-erase space that feels more like a notebook.

This is a tool they're familiar with and excited to use. This unique resource will allow us to brainstorm, model writing, organize our day of schedules and objectives, and organize our thoughts in an engaging, hands-on way. The ability to easily erase and adjust our work will encourage my students to take risks, learn from mistakes, and confidently share their thinking.

My goal for this project is to provide a space where every student feels valued, heard, and inspired to contribute. What makes my students truly special is their willingness to support each other and their excitement for learning. I believe this resource will help nurture their enthusiasm and make learning more dynamic and interactive.
