My Project

Students at BlackHawk are making “un-Bee-lievably” good choices and working to earn Bee Stings. Our school wide expectations are to be kind, be responsible, and be safe. When students show these behaviors, they earn Bee Stings that can be used to purchase items at our Sting Store. The items being requested in this Donor's Choose are highly sought after and requested items that the students can purchase with their Bee Stings.

Our goal at Black Hawk is to teach the skills necessary to be kind, responsible, and safe while rewarding students for making those positive choices.

During the year, students visit the Sting Store twice a month. We need your help to keep the school store stocked with highly sought after items so that they continue to see the value in exhibiting positive behaviors and earning and spending Bee Stings.

When students earn rewards through good behavior, they gain a sense of accomplishment and pride, boosting their self-esteem and motivation. Bee Stings and our Sting Store are one of the great ways that we can reinforce positive behaviors and help students feel respected and valued every day!
