My Project

Our students have diverse interests in percussion. We are working on learning about drumline and need some equipment to help get us started. My students come from a very low-socioeconomic background and are a small school that receives little funding, as is.

These sticks, mallets, and drum pads will help my students be able to pursue their diverse interests and learn about drumline!

The practice pads are double sided, which allows my students to have different resistance levels, which builds their muscles and aids their technique. Drumline requires specialty sticks and mallets to play on the drums, and we currently don't have any to provide to students.

I hope this will be a small start in providing new opportunities for my students and I hope this will help eventually lead to us being able to start our own junior drumline in the future!
