My Project

Many of my students come to school hungry due to a lack of resources at home and limited funding at school. Hunger makes it hard for them to focus, stay motivated, and succeed in the classroom. This project will help provide healthy, accessible snacks to fuel their bodies and minds throughout the day. With your support, we can give these students the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive. These items will be used in the school psychologist and social worker office! We will use the snacks for students who ask, come to school without breakfast, need a calm down snacks, or for teachers who cannot afford to provide snacks for their students.
