Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help me to gift my students with a little birthday surprise on their special day! The birthday smelly pencils will give my students a fun little gift that they get to use at home when completing their homework. The birthday sticker will let our class know who's birthday it is and have a special birthday cake buddy on their desk. Additionally, their birthday certificates can go home with them and be a great memory to keep with their families.

A large part of my positive classroom environment is developing relationships with my students and making them feel loved and important.

Every student deserves to be celebrated, and what better way to do it than on their birthday? Gifting students with their small gift and celebrating them on their special day will help strengthen that relationship and make them feel special!
