Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This simple and easy symbol of amicable connection with students helps build morale. Building morale supports effective learning. My goal is to rekindle the hunger for learning as opposed to forcing it.

This birthday bash kit which contains necklaces, candy, and stickers, promotes inclusivity and cohesiveness in the classroom setting while celebrating uniqueness of everyone's culture.

This group of students may not have ever celebrated a birthday at home and/or in school. I recall many of my birthday celebrations and it boosted my morale as I made friends throughout the day. In turn, I felt a belonging and second home.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
