My Project

My students are really excited about history and learning about different countries of the world. As they learn about Europe, they will enjoy gathering on their new carpet to watch exciting clips about the physical geography, climate, and culture of Europe and to play an interactive map game.

The carpet will play an important role with our English Language Learners.

They often struggle with understanding and remembering key details. Visualizing, touching, and hearing will enhance their understanding of the concept and help them to grasp the content better.

History is more fun when students have hands-on experience. My students are in the process of writing a book for 7–9-year-old about Europe. They will also be making cards for their Black History month projects. In order to make these projects a success my students require resources such as loose leaves, paper folders, and holders. These resources will go a long way in ensuring that no student will feel left out.

My students are often prepared for learning. However, there are days when a student or students are unable to replace the notebook or pencil he or she had and need a helping hand. therefore, I see it necessary to have a few of these items in stock for days such as this.

Finally, the plastic containers will go a long way in helping them to keep their books, pencils, and other necessities organized as they move from room to room for their different subject areas.

These items will bring comfort and peace of mind and happiness in one way or another to all of the students in my class.
