I am a special education resource room teacher at an urban public school. My incredible students have learning disabilities, autism, and health impairments that make learning reading, writing, math, and social skills more challenging than it is for their peers. Additionally, most of my students are also learning English as their second language!
We recently received an amazing new wooden storage center to hold materials for 24 students, but discovered upon arrival that it didn't include the storage bins!
That's where you come in. In order for our amazing new storage center to support my students in learning to manage their own materials, they need sturdy storage bins that will separate their materials from one another.
I am hopeful to have this project funded quickly so that my students can get started on learning these new and valuable organizational skills that will help them throughout school and life.
