My Project

I am reaching out to ask for your support in bringing a new and exciting opportunity to my students—drum sets for our classroom. As an English teacher, I am always looking for creative ways to engage students in literature and self-expression. By incorporating drums into our learning environment, students will be able to put beats to their poetry, enhance their rhythmic understanding, and explore the connection between language and music in a hands-on, dynamic way.

Many of my students have untapped musical talents, and having access to drum sets would give them an outlet to explore rhythm and sound while building confidence in their creative abilities.

For those who may not have the means to pursue music outside of school, this opportunity could be life-changing, helping them discover new passions and talents they never knew they had.

Your donation would go directly toward purchasing quality drum sets that students can use during poetry performances, spoken word activities, and creative writing projects. Not only will this enhance their appreciation for literature, but it will also show them that their artistic talents—both in writing and music—are valued and supported.
