Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is to help fund the basic needs of our algebra and geometry classroom. It has been shown repeatedly that the more systems there are in place, and the more organized students are, the more likely they are to succeed in any classroom.

This project is designed to help set up organizational systems that allow our classroom to run smoothly by providing each student a binder.

This binder will allow each student to have equal access to success in our classroom from day one, which is huge for many of my at-risk students who may or may not be able to afford basic supplies. We plan to use this binder every day to organize our notes, discoveries, assessments, and vocabulary. This tool will help teach students how to study, stay organized, and reference their own work as they progress throughout the course.
