Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many international students come from low-income households and face financial challenges that make it difficult to afford basic school supplies. This includes essential tools like binders, folders, and other organizational materials that help students keep track of their coursework. Without these resources, students struggle to stay organized, resulting in missed assignments, difficulty managing their workloads, and stress that could otherwise be alleviated with proper organization.

The goal of this project is to provide each of my 120 international students with a binder to organize their homework, worksheets, and assignments.

Many of these students are from families with limited financial means and do not have access to the necessary tools to keep their academic work organized. This will not only help students keep track of their work but will also make it easier for me as a teacher to locate their assignments and track their progress. Ultimately, the project seeks to provide the tools for students to succeed academically, reduce stress related to organization, and ensure that every student has an equal opportunity to perform well in their studies.
