Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that my students are so eager to learn. They come from all types of backgrounds. The majority of my students speak Arabic. Many of them read Arabic as well. They are excited to see their language in books. I have plenty of bilingual Spanish and Chinese books. Unfortunately it is hard to find bilingual Arabic books. They are usually expensive. I am happy to have found Arabic bilingual books and hope to receive them through Donors Choose. I have also had some new children from Ukraine who speak and read Russian. I included some books for these students too.
