My Project

My students are bright, energetic, and full of potential, but many face learning challenges that make traditional academic tasks difficult. They are English Language Learners and students with disabilities who benefit most from hands-on learning and activities that strengthen both their brains and their hearts. That’s why I’m requesting the Hasbro Giant Connect 4 wooden game.

This super-sized game will support students’ social-emotional learning, critical thinking, and teamwork skills in a fun, accessible way.

The large format is especially helpful for students with fine motor difficulties or vision needs, and the simple gameplay encourages peer interaction, strategic thinking, and communication. Whether it's used indoors during brain breaks, for structured social skills groups, or during outdoor enrichment, this game will provide engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Our classroom is more than just a learning space—it’s a safe haven where students feel supported, included, and celebrated. With this Giant Connect 4 game, my goal is to offer students meaningful opportunities to grow academically and socially in a fun and interactive way.
