Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me help my students grow a love for reading! These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunity to read. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time.

The LEGO set will be used for our clubs.

In our LEGO Building Club, students team up to create something from concept to completion. The Lego Club is designed to foster creativity, imagination, and friendships. Students will explore new ideas and develop problem-solving skills as they collaboratively work with one another to create their Lego structures. As students complete their projects, they will have the opportunity to present their work to others. The printing paper will be used to plan, draft and design our Lego buildings as well as for any reading activities that go along with our amazing books!
