My students need more activities for center time that encourage creativity, collaboration, and self expression! They also need more supplies for project based learning! We need magna tiles, sequencing cards and more.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are an inclusive classroom servicing both general and special education students. Our students are truly amazing. We are a Title I school with 90% of our students receiving free or reduced price lunch, meaning their family's income is below the poverty line. Many of our students are English Language Learners and speak their native language at home.
With their little hands, big hearts and even bigger minds our students are truly the center of our classroom.
Together with the support of our community, our school continues to brighten their futures and provide them with a safe and warm learning environment each and every day!
My Project
This project will allow the students to get the materials they need to complete projects and explore the world around them. For example the paint, glue, scissors, chart paper, large post its, and stamp pads are all materials they will use during group integration projects! They will have the chance to express themselves and work together as a team!
The activities for center time will encourage our students to think creatively and support their growing minds.
They love building and the materials such as legos, magna-tiles, magnetic shapes, and kinetic sand will provide them with more materials to explore what they love!
