Help me give my students beginning reader books. These books will help turn my students with special needs into readers!

My Project

I teach a 6th - 8th grade Special Day Class. The students are older, but they are just beginning to read. I need more books to inspire them to keep going - keep reading.

These books will be read in our small groups.

They will use them to practice their phonics and sight word lessons. They are also high quality books that elicit discussions and help work on our verbal/conversation skills as well.

I am buying sets of books because there are studies that show that when students read through an entire series - their reading levels can increase one whole grade level!

My students deserve hight quality reading material.
