My Students

Most of my students are from urban areas of the city. They love video games and anime movies, they love integrating math problems with their interests. For example, I know they like "Naruto" and "Boruto" series, I always put the characters in our math problems, or telling the stories. To make it interesting, lessons that have a comparison of video games help them engage in lessons and have them discuss different ideas. My students love being involved and have their interests as a part of their learning.

My Project

Teaching math is tough while online especially to type math symbols, graphs, or model word problems. These products will help me to teach better online or for students who cannot attend in person. I am going to teach equations, inequalities, graphing solutions unit. Using the iPad will help me to teach step-by-step solutions of equations and inequalities, also help students to understand how it graphs if shown properly. Geometry problems are one of the most challenging when working with shapes and their missing parts. The iPad will help to label parts, show them by highlighting, and draw figures when necessary.
