Help me give my students a cool spot to come in and relax from the Texas heat on hot days with a tower fan as well as a more accurate way to check our students temperatures.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
I am the school nurse here at S. M. Elementary. This is my first year in this position and I love it already. The students come from very diverse backgrounds because Fort Bend County Texas is considered one of the most diverse counties in the entire US.
I have students who have had organ transplants, children fighting cancer, diabetic students as well as a number of many other health challenges.
These children face each day with a positive attitude, live life to the fullest and always greet each day with a smile.
I am proud to be a part of their lives and to be given the opportunity to know and care for them.
My Project
Texas heat can adversely affect our students here at our school. I would love to get items that can be used in my clinic for students who come in over-heated from recess and P.E..
When a child comes in who has gotten too hot, we need to be able to quickly and accurately check their temperature and cool them down for faster treatment and recovery.
The use of a tower fan as well as an accurate ear thermometer would help greatly in this cause.
The addition of a white board in the clinic would allow my clinic assistant and myself to keep track of their temperature trends and their progress.
