My Project
Throughout our school year we learn about a great number of individuals who made a positive impact on society. Once my students gain some background knowledge on a subject, it seems that they can’t get enough.
All it takes is the slightest introduction to a historical figure and my kids want to read everything they can get their hands on. Far be it from me to keep these kids from reading and learning even more. Give the kids what they want. More Black History, more historical women, and more favorite heroes.
