My Project

As a female teacher, I remember the feeling of being in school and coming on my cycle. I also remember going to the nurse and her giving me one pad to use for the entire day. I strive to build a supportive classroom by having the resources necessary for my girls. I try to do this by ensuring my girls have access to safe spaces and resources that will allow them to come to school and focus on their learning.

As my girls get older, they struggle with their changing bodies.

My girls having a supply of feminine hygiene products, wipes, panties, and deodorant will allow me to support them as their bodies are changing into womanhood. I need to be able to help them with the transition that comes with being a growing girl.
