My Project

My students love to read and look at books that have words they can decode. Giving them these primary phonics decodable books will make them more confident when it comes to reading their own book. It will also allow them to learn about new words and situations in these books. This class set of books comes with six of each book. This allows me to give each student one to read during our reading group. The comprehension workbooks that go along with these books is another amazing resource that helps tie together not just the words in each story, but also the events in the stories!

By donating to this project, you will be helping my students not just learn the foundational skills for reading, but you will be fostering a love of books throughout their lives!

These primary phonics decodable books and workbooks would be an amazing addition to my kindergarten classroom! I try to give students the opportunity to read their own books as early in the year as possible and with this set I will be able to provide them new and engaging stories to read about year-round.
