My Project

It is my goal as a first-year Intervention Specialist to create a safe environment for all my students and build community among all. It can be difficult for High School students to learn and thrive when hygiene needs are not taken care of. I want my students to have a safe place to come ask for feminine hygiene products and a snack if needed throughout the school day. Therefore they would then be able to learn and thrive. Students deserve to have a safe person to ask for these items throughout the school day to make them feel more comfortable in their classroom environment. It can also build good life skills and hygiene skills for some of my students. Along with the heavy cost of these products, it can be hard for many families and students. If you can help assist with this project it would be such a help.
