My Students

Our students are 4-5 years old. Many of our students have not been in a school setting before as this is their first experience with school.

The neighborhood has many vacant homes and there is a lot of poverty in the neighborhood.

This doesn't limit my students as they are quite eager to learn and are incredibly curious about the world.

We have a new principal at my school and he is very eager to build up our school. Unfortunately, we do not have a budget to do so.

My Project

My students are amazing wonderful children. They have already participate in their grocery store and restaurant units thanks to many generous donations.

My students are starting their medical unit soon.

We will have the following centers in the classroom: a doctor's office, a waiting room, a pharmacy, a dentist, a NICU and an emergency room. They write a plan before they go to each center to incorporate literacy.

I would love to see my students using these new, durable items to act out their imaginative play. I imagine that many of them would love to be doctors when they grow up. Thank you for considering us!
