This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the art room, I try to give my students a well-rounded art experience by exposing them to all art mediums. Within photography, there are a variety of experiences that I want to share with my students.

My students need high-quality photo printing paper to print and showcase their photography artwork!

Launching a photography program on a public school art budget is expensive and nearly impossible. I was fortunate enough to receive a grant for some start-up photo equipment. However, we still lack the high-quality photo paper to print on. I would love to be able to print student photos and showcase their work around the campus and at various art exhibits.
