This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The BMS Mystery Bags are designed to promote positive behaviors by incorporating the element of surprise and reward into everyday interactions. Here’s how they foster a positive environment:

Immediate Gratification: Students receive instant recognition for their good behavior, which reinforces their actions and encourages them to repeat those behaviors.

Increased Engagement: The excitement of uncovering what’s inside each mystery bag keeps students engaged and motivated to exhibit positive behavior to earn their reward.

Variety of Rewards: Each bag contains a range of items, from fun gadgets and collectibles to motivational notes and educational tools. This variety ensures that rewards appeal to different interests and preferences, making positive behavior more appealing.

Building Anticipation: The mystery element creates anticipation and excitement, making the process of earning rewards more enjoyable and memorable for students.

Encouraging Consistency: By regularly incorporating mystery bags into the classroom or school environment, positive behaviors become consistently recognized and reinforced, leading to sustained improvements in behavior.

Fostering a Positive Atmosphere: The fun and excitement surrounding the mystery bags contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere where students feel valued and motivated.
