Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The beanbags will provide a comfortable and relaxed environment for my high school senior animators, fostering creativity and focus. Animation requires long hours of sitting and drawing, and having a comfortable space can help students feel more at ease, allowing them to focus on their work without the discomfort of traditional chairs. The informal setting of beanbags can also encourage collaboration and discussion, making the class atmosphere more open and engaging.

My goal is to help students develop their motion graphics and animation skills in a way that reflects their individual creativity and interests.

The personal logo project, in particular, is designed to teach them key concepts in design and animation while allowing them to express their unique identities. I want them to leave the project with practical skills they can use in their future careers or personal projects, as well as a sense of confidence in their creative abilities.

These students are passionate about animation and have demonstrated a high level of interest and commitment to learning. They are at a critical point in their lives, preparing to transition into higher education or the workforce, and their dedication to the craft of animation sets them apart. They thrive on creative challenges and are eager to explore their potential, making them an inspiring group to teach.
