Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have created a relaxing and calming corner for my students to help them with their emotional health and wellness. They love using this calming corner and sitting on the beanbags. They use the space to relax, read, and color. Unfortunately, our Calming Corner's beanbags are falling apart, which makes them uncomfortable and hard to use. The students can hardly enjoy and relax in them. By getting these two new bean bags we are going to have a relaxing place again.

My students deserve a few minutes of joy and comfort from their hard and stressful lives.

We all know how the student's mental and emotional wellness will improve their performance.
