My Project

In our classroom and school, we encourage all students to become leaders in their community, inside and outside of school. The students are taught about the habits of highly successful leaders and encouraged to exemplify these behaviors throughout their day at school.

As their teacher, I am always on the lookout for who is being a leader.

Throughout the day, students are able to earn Leaderbucks. These Leaderbucks are able to be turned in for prizes or students can bank them for bigger prizes. In order to encourage leadership, I am always trying to find better and better prizes to put in their prize bin.
