Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My class consists of 20 amazing 4/5 years old who attend a Title I school in Florida. Many of these students are from families with limited resources at home. With their think win-win attitude, we continue to reach for the stars and make learning an adventure.

As a school community, we all work together to give each student a high-quality education and find the leader in all students, while broadening their horizons.

Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. The students in my class strive for excellence. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects.

My Project

This project will provide my students with basic classroom supplies that will be used as student incentives. My students love items such as smencils, stickers, fidget toys, and more. These classroom basics are perfect for student incentives. As our students work towards their goals in their academics and behavior, they can earn different rewards.

Providing incentives motivates my students to do their best every day, leading to positive behavior and higher academic achievement.

As a school community, we are proud of the hard work our students do and are happy to help motivate them.
