Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My pre-kindergarten youngsters are excited and eager to learn. I teach English Language Learners. The majority of my students are at-risk and underprivileged. Many of my students don't experience or see a lot of things outside of their communities/home, and my goal is to allow them to explore the most in the classroom through various resources provided to them. As their teacher, I strive to create a learning environment where each student reaches success through their own individual potential and determination.
I want their first experience in school to be one that creates a love of learning.
Being prepared with the supplies and materials needed for successful learning is very important, especially at the start of the year. I am asking Molding Playdough, the Pre-Writing Practice Cards for handwriting skills. Pocket Folder, and laminating film to help me create learning materials for my students.
