This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Materials such as binders, highlighters, folders, and more are all basic classroom supplies we use daily. Unfortunately, many students’ families cannot afford to continually buy supplies for their children. With this being he second quarter, many of our materials have reached the end of their useable status. I would like to (re)create learning binders for my classroom. The binders help students become organized and increase their academic success. The dividers, folders, and sheet protectors help them to become organized which is a basic skill they will need later in life. The board games are games that teach the basic skills of turn taking and sharing.
By providing basic items, my students will have the supplies they need and deserve to achieve ultimate success!
