Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students enjoy school immensely. Sometimes they get so excited about learning it seems they will just burst. It is infectious.

My students are from a high-poverty region and are predominantly bilingual or English Language Learners.

The students and their families are motivated learners. Some of our parents even come to school to learn along with their children. They are all excited to discover and explore. My amazing kids are deserving of so much more than their economic status currently allows, and I want to do everything I can to help them reach a brighter future.

My Project

My students would love to have these supplies to plan and finally create posters and projects that encourage responsibility and respect.

Along with the dry erase boards we already have, these new dry erase markers will be wonderful tools for drawing, writing, and editing drafts with ease.

Once they have a design well planned, to the cameras and computers they go. Their images can be printed in full color to make their poster messages really POP. One of most important parts on the advertisement and encouragement poster is to get the audience’s attention. High quality color images will help us do that.

Thank you for considering to help my students.
