Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work at a title 1 school and I am a special education teacher in high school. We often do not get the basic supplies that we need and so we often have to buy the supplies ourselves. I do a lot of hands on learning for my students and we often do collages to represent parts of a novel or short story.

Having glue sticks and pencils available would make a world of difference.

The little supplies that I do have, I am running out. We still have some months to go before the end of the school year and I am in desperate need of glue sticks and pencils.

Any contributions and donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
