My students need 6 magazine holders & mesh organizer (to hold & organize materials). We also need basic school supplies (glue sticks, pencils, erasers & scissors).
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Sandoval de Moore's classroom raised $280

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
All My students come from all over the world creating a culturally rich English Language Learners (ELL) group. Our school has the fortune of having over six different languages spoken by ELLs. My school is located in a disadvantaged neighborhood, we have 98% minorities in the school, from which 16% are ELLs. This Title I elementary school students are all eligible for free lunch.
All my ELL students are driven to learn English and succeed academically; but often they lack the basic supplies for school.
Education is something
they value and they keep themselves motivated for every skill learned.
My students learn English as a New Language (ENL) to speak, read and write English with the goal of transition into a regular all- English classroom. They come with a positive and respectful attitude and hard work ethics. Funds are next to non-existent for school supplies and a bookcase to place their work and some books are essential to support their learning goals; I am looking for generous donors to help us organize our ENL classroom and provide basic school supplies for my ELL students.
My Project
My students are below poverty level and funds are next to non-existent for the basics. Basics, such as glue-stick, pencils, erasers, scissors and a place to neatly store it will make it just a little bit easier for my students to feel prepared to learn.
Basic school supplies and a place to organize their work and materials are essential to support their learning goals; they will use these for their daily classwork and homework activities.
In addition, the magazine holders & organizer will neatly hold their work by grade and group (grades 2nd to 5th). I am looking for generous donors to help us organize our ENL classroom and provide basic school supplies for my students.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
