This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of my students have multiple siblings and struggle to bring the basic school supplies. The majority of the time I have to provide these basis school supplies for my students in order for them to be successful throughout the school year. Many of my students come from low income families making it difficult for their parents to provide these basic supplies.

These basic school supplies, including dry erase markers, glue, tape and card stock, are to replenish what we have used this past school year.

The vinyl is used for the Cricut machine to cut out their names for their individual data binders. I put their names on the spine of the binder so they can access their data binders quickly.

I teach Science also and the liquid glue and the other liquids are used for classroom Science projects. I have 60 students that will need a portion of each liquid for their science experiments.
