We are from a small east Texas town. The school I teach at is a Title I school where most of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. More often than not, my students do not have access to technology at home. The kids love getting to learn in new and different ways! I want to provide an engaging form of learning that will help the students stay motivated! I would love it if you could help me reach my goal of giving my students the best learning environment that is possible.
My Project
Our classroom needs basic supplies like folders, nameplates, and a stapler. Having these supplies will help with classroom organization. The nameplates will help at the beginning of the year because some students still do not know how to spell their name. The folders will be used for a poem folder that we will add to each week so the students can reread things we have learned. We will also use the letters for building words during our phonics and spelling instruction. The goldfish crackers will be used as our class welcome snack at the beginning of the year.
