My Students

Hello! I teach in a K-2 school with approximately 1,000 students. Our school has a diverse population of students. My students are smart, enthusiastic, creative, hardworking, eager, and respectful. My classroom consists of students from all different backgrounds. I have high functioning students, low functioning students, and ELL students. My school offers reading and math interventions to aid struggling learners in their educational success.

I am dedicated to my students.

It is my goal to provide an inviting, nurturing, and warm classroom where each student feels comfortable.

Our school does not receive Title I funding. Thus, the technology and resources in my classroom are limited. Most of my resources are supplied by either myself or through parent donations. The environment provided by the administration, teachers, and staff is inviting and nurturing. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of each student that walks through the doors.

My Project

Classrooms can never have enough supplies or paper! For this project I am asking for some basic classroom supplies such as construction paper, card stock, colored paper, rulers, clip boards and more. In my classroom, students use construction paper several times a week to create projects and problem solve. Colored paper is great for small group puzzles, task cards, and for important messages for parents. Bright, colored paper catches students eyes and automatically makes activities more exciting.

With the current situation, my students are required to have their own tools and materials.

For this reason, I have also included rulers and clipboards so that each student can have his/her own. Thank you for your support!
