My Project

My students are amazingly creative and love working with clay. Thankfully, we just received our very own kiln to create ceramics for the next upcoming school year. The resources of ceramic tools, mini wheels, bags, and saran wrap will help students create their ceramics project and will help store work in progress between classes.

Students will learn about a variety of hand-building techniques and some students will explore using a traditional mini pottery wheel.

I have not met a single student who is not super excited about this new material we will be creating within our classroom. Students are going to love exploring art making by creating a ceramic project for our new kiln. Please help grant my students with the basic ceramic supplies to create with.
