Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I coach both the boys and girls weightlifting teams at my high school and currently most of our barbells are old, rusty, knurling is smooth on them and they do not all spin nicely. Barbells are extremely important in weightlifting.

With your donation these new barbells will help the boys and girls team as the girls must use 20kg barbell's when bench pressing.

The 20kg mens bar is needed in all 3 lifts that the team competes in. Having nice new barbells will also give us the opportunity to host meets at our school. These barbells will make an impact on not only this years team but future teams as well.
