This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The DonorsChoose grant will play a crucial role in supporting our students, who work tirelessly throughout the year, with a special focus on the end-of-year hair show. This event serves as a major fundraiser, offering students the opportunity to showcase the skills and talents they've honed during the year. The materials requested will be used as gifts for the recipients, enhancing the impact and success of the event, and recognizing the hard work and dedication of our students. This support will not only elevate the experience for those involved but also foster a sense of accomplishment and pride as students celebrate their achievements.

The Donors Choose funds are greatly appreciated to use towards gifts and awards for the participants and winners of the hairshow.
