Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are putting on the play "Men On Boats". We usually compose and perform live music for ourfall productions. We don't have a banjo, and it will be the main voice in the music we are composing.

Beyond the play, I sponsor a music club - LAHSA Music Factory.

All students are welcome to come and learn the instrument of their choice. We have drums, guitars, keyboards, some brass, and violins, and a banjo would make a great addition. We have a talent show once a semester to showcase students.
