My Project

The resources requested in this proposal are essential to the students success. The Brass Saver kits will allow me to adequately flush out the brass instruments. The flexatone and new bass drum and suspended cymbal mallets will fortify our percussion section. Our saxophone students will appreciate their new neck straps and reeds. The end plugs will help protect the octave key mechanism.

In May of 2022 our school auditorium will be filled with harmonious music for the first time in over two years.

My 8th grade band students were in the middle of their 6th grade year when the Pandemic began. They are excited to share their music with the community as it will bring about a sense of closure as they prepare to transition to high school in the Fall. Your generous support will help ensure that our band students will have a successful concert and festival season! Thank you so much for your consideration and support.
