My Project

By taking the Breathe for Change training, I will develop professionally as this training will enhance my physical, mental, and emotional well-being by cultivating yoga and meditation practices within myself.

As students go through rigorous courses in their high school experience, they are at risk of becoming overwhelmed.

With the skills from the training, I will be able to teach them yoga and meditation strategies that assist them in dealing with and managing the challenges they face in their day-to-day life.

After the training, I would like to create a yoga club for all the students. Eventually, I hope that it could manifest into a class that students could take during their tenure at Liberty.
