My Project

My first graders are rambunctious, eager learners who live in a rural low-socioeconomic community. I am asking for basic supplies for them because so many students come to school without all of the supplies needed simply because their parents cannot afford to buy them. I would like to have these supplies on-hand so when they are needed, none of my students feel left out or awkward because they do not have something that is required for the lessons for that day. Sometimes coming to school can be stressful when you are in need, and I would love to make this coming school year less stressful for students who might be lacking resources.
