Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with a diverse group of amazing students in Brooklyn. They love to play and learn each day! They absolutely love it when I create new learning games they have never played before so they can learn in a fun and engaging way!

Due to budget cuts, our class needs basic supplies for my students to learn!

In order to make projects, learning materials, learning charts, and family notices I need ink and paper. In order to decrease the use of paper, printing, and copies, I need laminating paper and sheet protectors to make reusable sign in sheets, learning activities, games, and their portfolio binders. We also need expo markers for this purpose. We need paper plates for art projects and snacks. We need storage for our portfolio binders, index cards, and pencil holders to use our clipboards frequently without losing our pencils.. We need many items to do basic things in our classroom that will help the children learn through fun and engaging activities.
