Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is to help give my Title I students the supplies they need to be successful! These students have an eagerness to learn but do not have the supplies to make them as successful as they deserve. These supplies will make it learning easier and more accessible. The use of the spiral note card books are to help my students keep track of their sight words and give them the ability to practice and become fluent with these words that we practice daily. The notebooks will be used for Writing Lessons and get my Title I students handwriting become better. The larger lines on these notebooks makes learning to form proper sentences. The pencils will be used for every day activities such as spelling word practice, writing sentences and math problems. The crayons will be used in order to give these students the opportunity to grow their creativity. The whiteboards will be used daily in order to practice their Sight and Spelling words. As well as practice Math problems in class during whole group math. The pencils will help these students keep track of their supplies and be more prepared for class. The lined paper will be used in Writing when practicing sentences in order learn how to form paragraphs and complete sentences. The document size pouches and reusable pouches will assist me in preparing differentiated instruction for all students. These will help organize all centers for students to have all supplies needed to be successful. The laminating sheets will make it possible to set up centers for these students and reuse papers from group to group.
