This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My thriving third graders enjoy a flexible and rewarding classroom environment. With back to school around the corner, having an incentive reward system in place is something that pushes my students to stay on task with academic and classroom expectations. My students' efforts to do their best at all times are what makes them especially deserving.

My goal for my students is to have their own headphones and flexible seating brings comfort to the learning environment.

Tasks on computers such as test taking, interventions, and other assigned tasks require focus. My thriving and determined students excel better with headphones and flexible seating resources.
