My Project

The school year just began and I want to give my students some basic supplies to start the school year off right. My students are amazing and I want to make sure they have all the tools they'll need to be successful this school year!

Laminating pouches, sheet protectors, writing journals, and printer ink will help enhance our curriculum.

In second grade, we focus a lot on writing. Students will use the journals daily to answer writing prompts. The more writing they do helps students gain more confidence in their writing. I will also use the sheet protectors for students' writing folders. They will hold anchor charts, writing checklists, helpful words, and the writing process.

The laminating pouches will help protect students' work.

Due to budget cuts, we won't be able to receive ink for our printers this year. However, I use the printer almost daily to print student work, homework, parent letters, and Teacher Pay Teachers worksheets that supplement our curriculum. Having that ink will be very beneficial for our classroom.
